How We Work
The shape of a Cloud Evolution engagement — from first conversation to embedding — so you know what the weeks feel like before you sign.
Change management consulting fails when the method is a black box. Below is the pattern we use for an Organisational Change Programme. Shorter engagements borrow pieces of this arc.
- 01
Discovery call
A working conversation about the decision already made, the people affected, and the hard date if one exists. We say whether we are the right fit or who might be better.
- 02
Sponsor charter
We write down what is fixed, what is open, and who can settle disputes. Without this, programmes drift into endless workshops.
- 03
Readiness listening
Structured conversations across managers and selected frontline voices. We look for clarity gaps, trust gaps, and capability gaps — they need different responses.
- 04
Transition design
A sequenced plan with decision gates, communication moments, and manager support. Legal and HR processes stay with your advisers; we align timing so people are not surprised twice.
- 05
Live transition support
Presence around announcement and the first weeks of new ways of working. We help sponsors and managers handle what the plan did not anticipate.
- 06
Embedding review
A structured look at what stuck, what was quietly reversed, and what still needs owner attention. Then we step back.
What we ask of client teams
A named sponsor with time, honest access to managers, and permission to hear uncomfortable readiness findings. If those conditions are missing, we will recommend pausing rather than performing a programme for show.
