What moves a quote up or down
- Number of physical sites and travel outside Auckland

Deposits and billing
Programmes invoice a deposit on signing to hold the start date, then milestone invoices tied to readiness delivery, announcement support, and embedding review. Assessments and workshops are typically invoiced fifty percent on booking and fifty percent on delivery. Coaching is billed monthly in advance.
