When it helps
Alignment workshops suit organisations that have a clear change decision but a leadership group still arguing — quietly or loudly — about implications for their own areas. The goal is not consensus theatre; it is a shared narrative and an agreed list of open questions that the sponsor will close.
What happens in the room
We facilitate working sessions with pre-reading, structured debate, and live drafting of the story leaders will tell their teams. Participants leave with a one-page narrative, a set of FAQs they can defend, and named owners for unresolved issues.
Constraints
Workshops assume the strategic decision is made. If the leadership group still needs to choose between options, we can facilitate a decision workshop, but that is scoped separately so participants know which day they are in.
