Engagements
Consulting work is governed by a separate written proposal or letter of engagement. That document prevails over website copy if the two differ. Scope, fees, timelines, and client responsibilities are defined there.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials we prepare for a client engagement belong to the client for internal use. Our methodologies, templates in their generic form, and pre-existing materials remain Cloud Evolution property. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt service, scrape content at scale, submit malicious or deceptive form content, or impersonate others when contacting us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Cloud Evolution is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content alone. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are set out in the engagement letter. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory NZ law where those Acts apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
